Who we are

Baltly is built by Michał Chmielarz, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Contact: hello@baltly.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the page language and, if you arrived through a creator’s referral link, that creator’s code. Our server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address) for security.

Why

To email you about the launch of the platform (consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to know which creator referred you, so we can credit them.

Cookies

The page sets a single cookie (baltly_ref, 90 days) and only after you open a referral link. It stores the referral code. There are no analytics or third-party trackers here.

Where the data lives

On our server at Hetzner, in the EU. We do not sell or share your data.

How long

Until the platform launches, or until you ask us to delete your address.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time: hello@baltly.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
